5 stars - Florist knew that my aunt had been very ill. She was beckoned into the house and politely came in and showed my aunt the lovely flowers. The lady was very nice and chatted to my aunt for a little while before putting the arrangement in the kitchen as the lounge was very warm. My aunt is thrilled with them!
